Comme pour Windows Vista, avant sa sortie, Windows Seven a eu droit a son premier transformation pack. Qu’est ce que le transformation pack Windows Seven ? Le transformation pack est un suite d’outils et objets visuels pour Gnome constitués des premiers éléments graphiques de l’interface du dernier OS du géant américain, Windows Seven.

Pour les sons, ils ne peuvent pas être installés, vous pouvez remplacer les sons ubuntu d’origine en copiant les fichiers dans le répertoire : /usr/share/sounds
